series is an archival release of live Jerry Garcia releases
throughout the vast phases of his career. Long overdue!
The "Pure Jerry"
series debuted in 2004 with a 1977 performance titled after the
venue, Theatre 1839. We plan
to cover the releases on our website. They will be intermixed with
the existing releases sorted by date.
The "Pure Jerry"
series is mail order only and sold directly at Jerry
Garcia.com. Several releases are planned per year. Supposedly
there as at least 500 shows to choose from.
