As of this writing there
are two live Cream albums, plus their Wheels of Fire CD has a
few average live tracks; of them, Live Cream 2, is the best
one. The disc begins
with five well know popular tracks in a live setting which maintain
the structure of the studio versions, but have slightly longer
instrumentals. Then the last song “Steppin’ Out” showcases the
bands improvisational ability in their thirteen plus minute free
form jam. There is
nothing to complain about from this release, it’s all good. ~
